We Never Share Your Data With Unauthorized Third Parties

Your client and patient information serves one purpose: delivering the services you hired.

We do not sell, rent, or trade client or patient information. Ever.

We do not disclose information to any outside party unless you authorize it or the law requires it.

Information is shared internally only with team members assigned to your account who need it to do their job.

When staff members no longer work on your account, their access is removed.

How We Apply HIPAA Compliance in Daily Operations

HIPAA compliance is built into how our specialists work, not added on afterward. Here is what that looks like in practice:

Role-Based Access Control

Every team member can only access the information required for their specific role. Billing specialists see claims data. NEMT Dispatch coordinators see trip details. No one has blanket access to everything.

Trained and Certified Staff

Every specialist who touches protected health information completes HIPAA training first. Ongoing education keeps our team current with changing regulations.

This matches the HIPAA-certified team standard on our About page. We hold every specialist to that same standard here.

Secure Handling Across Every Service

NEMT Billing

Claims data and Medicaid information are handled under strict HIPAA billing rules during every submission, denial correction, and A/R follow-up.

Virtual Dispatch

Rider details and pickup addresses are accessed only for trip coordination and never discussed or stored outside secure systems.

Confirmation Calls

Our call staff protects scheduling and health-related trip details on every patient interaction.

Reconciliation

Payment and claims records stay restricted to authorized billing personnel.

After-Hours Support

Overnight calls follow the exact same confidentiality standards as daytime operations. No exceptions.

Driver Credentialing

AI Optimization & Reporting
